The entire experience was good. We would definitely come back here for a trip.
-
Spacious beautiful room. Service (making beds,..) can be suspended for one day. Bellvue Square is within walking distance, over costs just under $8.
Couldn't sleep without earplugs, because it was so loud from the highway (room went towards the highway). Better closing the windows only helped marginally. But with a plug it went quite well.

Lots of free parking and close to front entrance of hotel.Easy access to hotel from major travel routes .Hotel room very quiet,no noticeable road noise from near-by major travel route.Restaurant at hotel had an excellent breakfast buffet and most of hotel and restaurant staff were excellent.
Hotel check-in was a problem.Front desk had no record of reservation made thru Booked.net.Seen like clerk had never heard of Booked.net and was not to interested in looking at printed confirmations we had of the booking-asked for confirmation number which was on the printed sheets but still no record of booking. Finally just got down to us asking whether a room was available or not.A room was available but in case of any problem he wanted a copy of the booking-must of never looked at it tho because only booked room for one night so next day in afternoon another go round with front desk

It was a great value in very convenient location.
-
Location in small city Bellevue. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and room spacious.
-
Very clean and organized hotel with a great staff.
When I booked it said my room had a minI fridge however there wasen't.
-
Wifi cost $13/ day!! What a joke!, had to pay for parking, tiny coffee pot with only one tiny packet of coffee, no fridge in room, no breakfast. Overall disappointed in cost of room versus services.
-
Comfortable rooms
Didn't see a ceiling fan in the bath room
-
Hot tub was great convient bar
Staff was not very fast and left us waiting for drinks for over 20 mins and our door stopped working and the guy was not quick about getting it fixed
-
room was large and even though we were right beside the highway the noise was minimal.
it was a little out of the way and the in house cafe was so very so so. The location is a just awkward, ie. not so close to downtown that you can just park the car which meant I had to drive or wait for the shuttle. Weekend parking in Bellevue thankfully is easy. They could also have told us the password for wifi for Sunday (since they knew we were staying over the weekend)
-
The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a shuttle to where we needed to go
I got charged double for my deposit wasn't told there was a deposit and I don't like that there ain't a fridge in the room nor a microwave- we had to throw our left over food away and my friend who was with me is a new mom and is pumping and had to get a cooler and get ice all the time just to store her milk
-
Room was spacious and had plenty of lighting. Complimentary parking over the holiday was a nice surprise.
Was surprised we didn't get notified ahead of time that our room would not be cleaned or restocked on Christmas. It was not a problem for us and we are happy more people got to stay home for the holiday but it would have been good to have extra clean coffee cups and glasses to use.
-
Nothing special -- very poor value given what was on offer for the high priced room.
Not only was it highly priced for the quality of facilities, location and room, but there was construction going on in the lobby throughout our stay.
-
The continental breakfast buffet was delicious, the food was fresh and presented beautifully, as were the evening hors d'oeuvres. The property was well-maintained, the employees were very helpful and accommodating. Luxury at a reasonable price point.

Front desk staff beyond amazing and friendly!
Bartender only wanted to wait on men, had no clue how to make a simple cocktail with gin, tonic and fresh lime! Requested to order food, bite my head off that kitchen was closed, man came over and ordered food right after...she said she would see if the kitchen would do her a favor... Not sure what she added to my second cocktail...it tasted off, took two sips and cashed out...30 minutes later sicker than I have ever been in my life!
